Sales Training
The sales training includes:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes yearly.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales classes provided for General Managers biannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ in the spring and fall
  • Ongoing NATE certification and specialty classes on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in additional instruction through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better offer a complete education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to provide support, resources, and structure for managing a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, perform outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this course we go over heating and cooling industry basics, what drives people to purchase, calling techniques, scripts, customer purchasing signs, and mastering customer complaints.

Dispatcher

  • No formal courses given. Ongoing training given by the General Manager and applicable staff at center level.
